The Vetting Process

Understanding the Sentients of V'earthe Vetting Process.

At Sentients of Vearthe, we hold safety, quality, and meaningful connection in the highest regard. To preserve the integrity of our community, we maintain a thoughtful and discerning membership process.

Step One: Application Submission

Prospective members begin by submitting a carefully crafted application. As this is often our first introduction to you, we encourage deliberate attention and sincerity—resubmissions are not accepted, emphasizing the importance of your initial submission.

Applications are reviewed within 7 to 10 business days, after which we will communicate the outcome and outline the subsequent steps.

Step Two: Scheduled Interview

Applicants whose submissions align with our values will be invited to a scheduled interview. While we prefer to meet in person, virtual interviews can be arranged for those outside the local area.

Step Three: Preliminary Membership

Following a successful interview, preliminary membership is extended. This phase offers access to select private classes and workshops, providing an opportunity to engage with the community and deepen your understanding. This period generally spans three to twelve months, depending on your participation.

Attendance at our monthly socials—open to the public—is encouraged as a way to foster connection and demonstrate your commitment.

Step Four: Full Membership

When it is evident that you embody the spirit and standards of Sentients of Vearthe, full membership is granted. At this stage, membership dues are applied, unlocking access to our curated, invitation-only events and the full suite of member privileges.

Please note that this policy is effective as of September 2, 2024. Our policies are subject to adjustment as we continue to evaluate the need for additional safety or verification processes to better serve our community.
